The IRON MAN REQUEST FORM arranges for both bike ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY through Downhill Bikes and roundtrip FED-EX shipping through High Country Shipping.

You will save time and money by shipping your bike directly to Downhill Bikes. Downhill Bikes is a full service repair shop. We are here to make sure that your bike is assembled and adjusted properly.

The Cost is $100.00 for unpacking, assembling, disassembling and repacking of your bike. FED-EX shipping is additional and will be provided through High Country Shipping.

Upon your arrival in Branson all you need to do is stopy by Downhill Bikes to pick up your bike and start pre-riding the course. We work to alleviate any added stress in your race preparation.

As there will be almost 2000 competitors we do not know how many will utilize this service. You can imagine that we cannot have 500 bikes show up Friday to setup before the race on Sunday. High Country Shipping will provide you with your SHIP-BY DATE.
